Winebark sausages are made in Montana with no chemicals, preservatives, or water added! They're made from the finest meats available and are great for gluten-free and lactose-free diets. We use Old German and Italian family recipes. Sweet & Hot SausageThere are five great sausages to choose from: Breakfast, Garlic, Sweet and Hot, Sweet and Hot Italian, and Fresh Kielbasa.

Our products must be kept frozen until ready to use.

About Us

Sweet & Hot Italian Sausage

Born and raised near Punxsutawney, PA, among the Pennsylvania Dutch (Amish), I had great respect for the people and their way of life. They raised and sold their own animals and vegetables. Their products were all natural and didn't have any added ingredients.

Fresh Kielbasa Sausage

I grew up on a farm and at the age of twelve I became interested in meat processing. At this age I met a father and son from Germany and they could see how enthused I was. They taught me how to make all kinds of sausage and with a little improvement of my own, I perfected the recipes you're enjoying today.

We stress quality, quality, quality! The same today as sixty years ago.
